v0.1.2 changelog:
- adventurers will only join parties that are not out on a quest, so they no longer teleport to the party if it's away from the town
- higher than E rank adventurers are now paid daily wages in return for a bit of reputation
- clicking on the guild's treasury opens an overview of daily expenses
- during extermination quests, if the enemies are considered too strong, the party will try to ambush a small group of the enemies to weaken the main camp
- adventurers will now upgrade their weapons and armor up to 3x faster, if they have enough gold
- adventurers now learn from more experienced adventurers in their party while working on a quest (especially from ones with the same class)
- 2 new quest types
- some adventurers will from now be displayed wearing different outfits, based on whether they are in the town or out on a quest
- fixed a bug that could cause a reset of adventurer's skill to 0
