v0.3.5 changelog:
- reworked the travel phase of quests
- the distances now correspond to how far the locations of the quests are from the town
- a good scout is less important on roads and more important in difficult terrain
- distance is measured in "march hours" - average distance covered by walking 1 hour
- updated the rest of the quests to the new persuasion system
- removed staff as a melee weapon, mages will use their sidearms in melee (they might be added back in future, not as melee weapons but maybe as some magic attack multipliers)
- some adventurers will not be available from the start, but will be gradually introduced into the world
