Just a small update, v0.3.4 changelog:

  • enemies encountered while traveling and too few to attack will now instead go get reinforcements and try to find the adventurers later
    • a good scout can mitigate this by evading the small groups of enemies in the first place
  • for encounters, the persuasion system was replaced with the new persuasion/authority/intimidation system (similar to the one in KCD)
    • leader chooses one member of the party to attempt one of the approaches
    • adventurers choose their approach based on the situation, their abilities and can prefer some approach based on their personality and morality
    • a better leader is able to gauge abilities of others more accurately
  • fixed a bug that broke learning from others in the party
